💸 Refund & Return Policy

Hey friend — I truly hope you love what you receive from Her Creative Chaos. Whether it's a journal with soul, a canvas filled with intention, or a custom piece crafted just for you, every order matters to me. Because most items are made-to-order or handcrafted, my return and refund policies are a little different than big box shops. Here's the scoop:

🖨️ Print-on-Demand Products

(Journals, Canvas Art, Calendars, Prints, etc.)
These pieces are made just for you when you place your order — so I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a genuine issue like damage or a production error.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. To help make it right, include:

• ✅ A clear photo of the item and any damaged packaging
• ✅ A short note explaining what’s wrong
• ✅ Your order number

If it’s a production issue, I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. We’ll take care of it together. 💛

⏱️ Cancellations & Order Changes

POD orders go into production fast, so I can't promise cancellations or edits once submitted. But if you catch it within 6 hours, email me and I’ll do my best to catch it before it prints.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping delays happen (thanks, Mercury in retrograde 🙃). While I can’t control the carrier, I *will* help if your package seems lost. If it’s been more than 15 business days and still no sign, reach out and I’ll track things down for you.

🎨 Handmade Art Pieces

(Original Paintings, Labyrinth Garden Canvases, etc.)
These are one-of-a-kind, made with real hands and heart. Because of their unique nature, here’s what to expect:

Returns & Exchanges

• 🔹 Not accepted unless the item arrives damaged
• 🔹 If you’re unsure before purchasing, message me — I’d love to chat it through

Refunds for Damaged Art

• ✅ Contact me within 5 days of delivery
• ✅ Include photos of the item and packaging
• ✅ I’ll review and offer a refund or replacement when possible

🖌️ Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom orders are a creative collaboration, and once I begin the process, they're non-refundable. Please be sure about your vision before we begin — and let’s talk through the details first if you have something special in mind.

🚚 Wrong Address Disclaimer

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for any reshipping costs. Please double-check your info before submitting — it saves us both a headache later. 😊
